SmackDown Results: Roman Reigns Retains Universal Championship, Ronda Rousey Returns
02 June 2023: SmackDown kicked off with a huge match between Roman Reigns and Riddle for the Universal Championship. Reigns came out with his cousins, The Usos, and Riddle was accompanied by his tag team partner, Randy Orton.
The match was a back-and-forth affair, with both men getting their fair share of offence. In the end, Reigns hit Riddle with a spear to retain the title.
